EXA's Allen is probably Top 1: Looping OS Command Throws, corner to corner confirms, good zoning and ways to beat it. He's so strong Arika literally removed him in EX's 2 and 3. Being a Shoto, his skill floor is super low too, so he's always dangerous. | |||
Allen is a literal Beretta with legs. His Guard Break is also a half screen low crush. Overall an excellent character to learn the game with. | |||
