| Radel is a member of the dwindling dragon hunter clan. When he was a child, his parents were killed by the "Black Dragon". Knowing his role since the Black Dragon was prophesied to appear by his clan for decades. Radel sets to seek out the Murakami family, a family of psychic guides, to guide him on his journey to avenge his father. Radel is charged with protecting his guide, Annie Murakami. Although Radel has doubts about Annie's young age, since he is concerned she is too young for combat, he pursues his journey to avenge his father's death.
