Changed to level 2 headers to match the rest of the website, they don't look good as big garish text either way. [[File: was listed twice. I would argue removing the -{name, date} of footnotes is also better for the wiki, that's only a carryover from SRK Wiki days but no one does it anymore, looks out of place. Tier list could also use some explanation of some kind just to give a general idea of the game.)
