Malin is, undoubtedly, the hit n' run character of the game by excellence. She bases her game plan on pestering the opponent's movement the whole match, this is accomplished easily thanks to her static projectile "Onigumo" (214A/C) whose active time is so good that it can give you the victory by time out if applied correctly. This is mixed with her 8-way dive move that can be used up to 3 times per jump. This turns Malin into an exaggeratedly frustrating character to face if your opponent has no patience. However, Malin is dangerous from close range too, thanks to her fast and long ranged sweep alongside her 6B overhead, she can mixup all day long, forcing the opponent to guess to have a chance of catch her, which is the key to beat her since Malin is also extremely good at escaping. All this makes her a versatile character.
