Rage of The Dragons/Jones/Introduction

STORY

Jones Johnny Damon, or just Jones, is a martial arts actor who is obsessed with retro martial arts films and disco. With both of his passions, he formed his fighting style "Kung-Funky". Jones made a name for himself as a vigilante by night and movie actor by day. However, his acting career took a major hit when his most recent film bombed in the box office.

Hearing this news, Jae-Mo Kang approaches Jones to make another film. This time, the film will be about the "ultimate challenge" that is facing The Black Dragon. In their ending, they defeat Johann and create a hit film called "ENTER THE FUNKY DRAGON". Jones wins an award for being the best actor in a martial arts film.

Jones is a very easy beginner-friendly character who is also strong at a high level. He excels in offensive play using hops and has solid neutral options using his normals.
Pros	Cons
Oppressive Toolset: His hop 9D is fantastic as a pressure tool since it hits twice before he lands. Light Retro Knuckle is also -3 on block, which can only be punished by command grabs. This makes it very spamable. Good Mid-Range Defense: 2C is a great anti-air at ranges, Retro Knuckle and Funky Impact's armor also make some mid-range encounters trivial.	No Close Range Defense: Jones only has Guard Cancel at close range, which isn't the best due to its longer start-up. Being tall, he struggles to walk under jump-ins. Predictable Gameplan: Jones wants to get in or play neutral. If the opponent expects him to do hop 9D, 6A overhead, or 2B. He isn't getting in.
