I remember getting my start in fighting games during the SNES days. I remember that whenever anyone did an uppercut, it was the most amazing thing. A fireball was so godlike, but so easily avoidable, and no amount of mashing will ever bring that to the same glory that was the single fireball thrown in like 30 matches.
