I've been playing games forever but I'm a massive fan of 2D fighters. I'm not the best player but I love learning all the different mechanics and tricks for all the different games. I've tried preparing a 'general' guide for 2d fighters, outlining traits that all 2d fighters share. But the Shoryuken: Wiki seems like a better opportunity to categorize the information.
