Notable Changes from USF4 to Omega

  • General/Movement Changes:
    • Forward Dash: 2f faster (15f > 13f)
    • Back Dash: shorter distance
    • Neutral Jump: 1 less prejump frame (3f)
    • Throw: slightly shorter range


  • Normal Move Changes:


  • Command Normal Changes:
    • Rear Spin Kick (3LK) - removed
    • Hakkei (4HP) - new attack, similar to cl.5HP; destroys projectiles on contact
    • Kakusenshu (6MK) - new attack, forward advancing kick
    • Hienshu (Air 2LK) - new attack, steep-angled divekick
    • Tenshyokyaku (4MK~MK~2+8MK) - final hit of target combo no longer leaves opponent in juggle state


  • Special Move Changes:
    • Spinning Bird Kick ([2]8+K) - meterless version now requires only 30f charge time (down from 55f)
      • EX version charge time is unchanged, so attempting EX SBK too early results in meterless version coming out


  • Super/Ultra Changes:


  • Moves with ending Input Buffer:
    • Close 5MP, 5HK; Far 5LP, 5MP; 2LP, 2MK; Stepkick (6MK), Sideswitch Hopkick (3HK), Target Combo 2 (cl.5MP~MP), Focus Attack + Forward Dash
    • Lightning Legs (K~K~K~K, meterless), LP Kikoken (41236LP), Oyokukyaku (236K, meterless), Hazanshu (63214K, meterless)
