- Great HP Jabs: Sindel's HP jabs have good range and priority. The HP Jabs are extremely good because they have a low hitbox that connects vs many opponents crouching.
- Glitch Jab Mid Launcher: One of Sindel's launchers (HPHPdHP) begins with HP, so it can be glitch jab option selected. It is especially good because the launcher hits mid.
- LK, HK, Sweep Punish: Sindel can punish LK, HK and Sweep on block with Scream. This is especially useful when combined with her glitch jab launcher.
- Good Throw Range: Sindel has poor LP jab range, but her throw range is deceptively large.
- High Combo Damage: Sindel's combo damage is around 50-100%.
- Corner Traps Crouching: Sindel corner traps every character crouching except Female Ninjas, Liu, Nightwolf, Sindel and Stryker.

- High Execution: Sindel's Scream sweep punish and corner Levitate cancel infinite require high amounts of execution.
- Poor LP Jabs: Sindel's LP jab has poor priority. She must rely on HP jabs and jump kicks to force glitch jabbing opponents into blockstun.
