Standard one bar hitconfirm. Keep in mind that Hawkeye has several mostly-interchangeable OTG options to use depending on screen position. 6M requires a specific spacing relative to the opponent, which you can adjust beforehand with a dash or backdash. Alternatively, you can use 214L/214H > M to relaunch with a Ground Bounce.

Video Timestamp. Hawkeye can loop either the air or grounded capture states of Net Arrow using a single 5H shot as a bridge. He can advance forward between reps to eventually start a close-range combo if desired, or simply repeat the loop for easy high damage.
