Zoning character

Bao is Athena's disciple

Mid-tier as Striker.

Strengths Weaknesses
  • One of best zoning characters with wide variety
  • Best fireball in the game
  • Small hitbox forcing people modify their playstyle against Bao
  • Pairs great with Counter Mode
  • BnBs are pretty safe on block
  • One of best j.CDs
  • Wall jumps which further emphasizes his zoning
  • j.2B considerably slows down the opponent's animations, making it unpunishable in many situations
  • j.2A has good priority and wide blockstun
  • Many normal attacks are pretty bad
  • Not really combo friendly
  • Hardly builds meter
  • Average damage
  • Uncancellable CD
  • No viable anti-air
  • Pretty bad at fighting up close
