dTilt(base/mid) > fAir / uAir(tip)
Does not work against outward DI.
A simple kill confirm that works on the entire cast at a large range of percents. Always expect to fullhop - if you need to double jump the combo (usually) isn't true anymore. Use uAir when fullhop fAir won't reach.
