Introduction

Jason is an inmortal serial killer in search of revenge

Strengths Weaknesses
  • Simple: Jason is not a very complex character, his combos and Pseudo Grappler/Brawler gameplan can be done easily by intermidiate and above level players.
  • Big Damage: Jason has above average meterless damage and ridiculous damage with meter.
  • Armour Machine: The vast majority of his specials have Armour on Start-Up when Enhanced.
  • Mix For Days: Jason has some very potent Strike-Throw Mix.
  • Killing Machine: DD+4, while only available in Slasher and Relentless, is one of Jason's strongest offense tools when used corectly.
  • Big and Advancing Normals: Jason sports some impressive normals due to size, speed and how much they take him foward
  • Weak To Zoning: His tools to counter excessive zoning are less than ideal and usually need to be Enhanced to be realiable
  • Big Boy: Jason has below average movement and sports a larger than usual hurtbox, hindering his movement options in neutral
  • Generally Unsafe: Most of Jason's attacks suffer from poor frame data on block, with few of his attacks being plus
  • A Few Bad Normals: While on the whole, Jason's Normals are pretty good, a few of his normals are painfully lacking in what others do best

Rampant DD+3+BL When the recovery ends, the damage buff given by Punishment (DD+3) will amplify, giving a +55% damage buff, this will also last for 9 seconds or 540f
Rise DD+4 When the recovery ends, Jason will regain 6.00% Health and 25% X-Ray Meter under a period of 6 seconds or 360f
Corpse Walk DD+4+BL When the recovery ends, the Health Regain given by Rise (DD+4) will be buffed to 9.00% under a period of 6 seconds or 360f. However, it loses the X-Ray Meter regain because you spent one bar of it on it
Resurrection Automatic Resurrection allows Jason to come back one last time if he loses the final round, how much health he comes back with depends on how much X-Ray Meter he has left by that point. If Jason Holds Down when he loses the final round he will prevent his revival

Passive Abilities

Dark Pursuit DD+3+BL When the recovery ends, the same debuff as Pursuit (DD+3) will be applied, only difference is that Dark Pursuit (DD+3+BL) has shorter recovery
Lake Mist DB+2 During the Start Up, Jason will retreat from his opponent. When the recovery ends, Jason will have teleported behind his opponent
Blood Mist DB+2+BL Functionally the same move as Lake Mist (DB+2). The only differences are that Blood Mist (DB+2+BL) is Armoured on Start Up and has shorter Recovery
Damned Automatic Beggining at <50% Health, Jason will get a +10% damage buff. Then a +25% damage buff at <20% Health. And finally a +45% damage buff at <10% Health
