While patriotic, Captain America in this game is pretty weak. His double jump and good damage almost saves him from being garbage.
First row: LP, HP, A1. Second row: LK, HK, A2.
If he loses his shield via a whiffed Shield Slash, most of his moves do less damage. You can either get the shield again by touching your sprite to it or you can wait for it fly back to you.
