Asura Buster: Eternal Warriors/Rose Mary

Rose Mary is a beautiful woman wielding a demonic sword. She has the ability to summon demons to attack and can create a temporary duplicate of the blade itself.

Even though she was unsuccessful in finding the "Sword of Dynasty" during the Asura Blade incident three years prior, Rose Mary had still succeeded in restoring her family's kingdom back to its former glory. Upon hearing and learning about the mystery of the lost continent from a young boy she had met, Rose Mary decides to investigate in order to understand what's happening.

Rose Mary is a zoner character that has great range and a teleport that grants her excellent tools to use her range to slowly chip away at the enemy's life bar.

most characters can add an air special or delay the launcher and do a ground special
if you hit an opponent with 3 launchers in the same combo they become completely invincible until waking up from the knockdown state
a lot of EX moves (Rose's 214EX), few meterless specials (Taros j.236x) and very rarely normals (Rokurouta's 6C) have last hits with the properties of a launcher. these hits count towards the 3 launcher cap.

An actually useful move, Rose will throw a demon at fast speeds at differing angles depending on the button.
Keep in mind that once this move is used she's vulnerable and can't do anything until she touches the ground.

Rose Teleports in a different location, depending on the location the opponent's facing.

  • A : teleports to the back wall
  • B : teleports between the back wall and the opponent
  • C : teleports behind the opponent

very fast and can be used out of blockstrings for barely any punishment
EX version is a different move alltogether, Instead of teleporting, Rose Mary turns black with green demon wings, and rushes forwards. Does up to 15 hits, last hit is a launcher. Does magnificent damage and sets up for easy combos

A giant demon appears behind rose and spits a large fireball which stays in place.
can only be comboed into, as the 17 true startup frames allow most attacks to recover
Will hit up about two-thirds of a screen's distance, and does up to 19 hits.
The last hit is a v.launcher, although the opponent goes much higher than they would from most V. Launchers.

  • according to an old DazeX1 replay, there's a glitch where characters hit by this never come back after being launched very high up. no one can replicate this but it exists for now :)

Boost mode (22+ABC)

Double Soul

  • Rose gains a second sword, adding more hits to most of her normal moves
  • Normal attacks that gain extra hits usually do less damage per hit, but more damage overall.
  • Pretty much all of her normal attacks are cancellable except 2C.
  • Demon Soul fires two demons in a straight line.
  • Aerial Demon Soul fires two demons that travel at different angels. Using the A button is equal to a normal A-button and B-button attack at the same time, B is equal to B and C, and
