Retsu is good at keeping you out, and will likely poke at you from afar with his HK. If you can, securing a lifelead in this matchup is a useful thing to do, as it forces Retsu to play your game. Make sure not to get hit by any of his high damage attacks, and after getting lifelead, play carefully, and you can pull through.
Sagat
Sagat's a powerhouse, but Adon is surprisingly good at dealing with his tools. Use omniblock to dodge tiger shot and MP to block out tiger knee attacks. You're still disadvantaged in this matchup, but at least you can avoid his 2 oppressive tools with good reactions and timing.
