Introduction

Kotono is a zoner who uses her long range S.HP and charge projectile to keep opponents out. Her weakness is that she is very inconsistent at performing that very goal. While her S.HP has amazing range, it trades that for incredibly long startup at 11 frames. On top of that, her projectiles are only marginally better than the Shotos' similar projectiles in terms of frame data, and do comically low damage. Kotono is a terrible character, but if you want to play a normals zoner, she fills that niche.
